Dibble Studio is a collaborative endeavour, comprising a small team creating sculptures in the studio of the late Paul Dibble and his wife Fran. The concept of Dibble Studio originated in Paul’s lifetime, with a small series of works released in 2013 – these can be viewed under “History” in the “Works” section of the website. After the artist’s death in 2023, Dibble Studio became the vehicle through which to realise new sculptural works.
Relaunched in 2025, the sculptures now being made by Dibble Studio include small studies based on existing Paul Dibble sculptures, larger scale versions of models made in the artist’s lifetime, and works created from drawings not previously realised in sculptural form. The works released by Dibble Studio will increasingly encompass new directions and ideas – usually referencing past works and processes to some degree, but with new interpretations, techniques and concepts.
Dibble Studio operates with the copyright protection and permission of the estate of Paul Dibble.
